Sinai 9 - 0 over a 5 minute period on the second quarter, opening up 23 - 5 lead. The third quarter saw Mt. Sinai finally solve the  constant pressure of Ward Melville's defense as they matched each other basket for basket. Mt. Sinai seemd to run out of gas in the 4th quarter as Ward Melville applied their full court pressure, outscoring Mt. Sinai 21 - 5. Mt. Sinai's Colleen McCafferty, Emily Bongiorno and Sarah Shine (25 pts combined) were unable to match the inside presence of Tania Williams (22 pts) and Kaitlyn Carbelleira (16 pts).
