2010 - 11 All Island Team 

The All-Island team is chosen based on years performances, feedback from high school coaches and yes, sometimes even you the fans. The final Long Island Girl's High School Hoops All-Island Team is to selected based upon regular and post season performances for 2010-11.

Site is independent of Newsday, and has no affiliation with either Nassau, Suffolk County Coaches Associations or the NSCHSAA.

Players will be added and removed from respective lists as season progresses due to injury, performance on court or we are appraised of a player we might have over-looked.
