This game was on my way to the Southhampton/Babylon game, so I figured why not stop in. The start of the game was delayed due to length of JV game and then time being put back on clock for warm-ups. This one was over before you could get settled if you walked in late. It is obvious as to what coach Petrie is doing, he is getting his top seven players ready for the play-offs. I would venture to guess that he told his starting five they would see little time in the second half of this game. They were all over the court defensively, led by Eugeneia McPherson and Bria Hartley. Also got good productiion from Kasyrah Bryant. Granted the level of competition is not what they are going to see in the playoffs but he has them playing hard. West Islip players looked they didn't know what hit them as they trudged off the court at half trailing 50 -14. The outcome here was a foregone concluson so it was off to Babylon.
